About Our Eucalyptus Furniture
Eucalyptus is a hardwood that earns high marks for strength, durability, and excellent weathering characteristics. it is pinkish-brown in color and ages to a reddish-brown with time and exposure to light. Its resistance to decay is similar to that of teak wood. In fact, when finished with a high-quality oil, eucalyptus takes on a teak-like appearance.
High Density Eucalyptus (or also known as Shorea in our line) is the premium grade of solid “Eucalyptus Gradis” hardwood, grown in 100 % well managed forests in Brazil, certified by the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council). There is little difference between High Density Eucalyptus (Shorea) and Teak when broken down to their core essence. The biggest attribute of High Density Eucalyptus (Shorea) is undoubtedly the strength of the timber. It’s renowned for its excellent resistance to every day wear and tear. It is extremely durable and tightly grained to produce a desirable density. It remains unaffected by all variations in weather, especially its resistance to damp conditions makes itself extremely competent at combating insect attacks and decay.
FSC High Density Eucalyptus (Shorea) is pre-treated, expertly kiln-dried, extremely durable for outdoor/indoor use.

VIFAH Furniture Warantee
At VIFAH, their goal is that each of their products will exceed your expectations and provide years of worry-free service. VIFAH warrants to you, the original purchaser, that their product and all its parts and components are free of defects in material and workmanship within one year from the date of purchase. If you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, VIFAH will, at their option, repair or replace the furniture free of charge. "Defects", as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the furniture product.
Their warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture parts and components. This warranty does not cover: 1) defects caused by improper assembly, 2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, 3) normal wear and tear due to age, and 4) labor or assembly costs.
All VIFAH warranties are limited warranties and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, wear and tear may be depreciated for the time that the product was in use.
In no event shall VIFAH be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
NOTE: All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for shipment. Report any losses or damages promptly to the VIFAH. Notification must be made within one week of delivery. Save damaged cartons until advised by VIFAH or the claim is resolved.
