VIFAH Manufacturing Company began in 1995 when Dao Huynh, currently Chief Executive Officer, recognized the need for outdoor living products in the European markets. Huynh started his own factory with a group of metal and wood workers in Ho Chi Minh City to produce and export outdoor living products, while traveled across the country to find raw materials.

November 1, 2009: VIFAH launched its new web site (http://www.vifah.com) - integrating multiple programs, offerings, websites, and catalogs into one site.
October 15, 2009: VIFAH launched The World Factory web site (http://www.theworldfactory.com) as an exclusive web site for direct import customers.
September 1, 2009: VIFAH re-formed VIFAH Wholesale web site (http://www.vifahwholesale.com) as an exclusive web site for U.S. domestic dealers, including Internet retailers (dropshipping) and specialty stores.
VIFAH Furniture Warantee
At VIFAH, their goal is that each of their products will exceed your expectations and provide years of worry-free service. VIFAH warrants to you, the original purchaser, that their product and all its parts and components are free of defects in material and workmanship within one year from the date of purchase. If you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, VIFAH will, at their option, repair or replace the furniture free of charge. "Defects", as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the furniture product.
Their warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture parts and components. This warranty does not cover: 1) defects caused by improper assembly, 2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, 3) normal wear and tear due to age, and 4) labor or assembly costs.
All VIFAH warranties are limited warranties and are limited to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. In some cases, wear and tear may be depreciated for the time that the product was in use.
In no event shall VIFAH be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
NOTE: All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please make note of any damage to boxes when signing for shipment. Report any losses or damages promptly to the VIFAH. Notification must be made within one week of delivery. Save damaged cartons until advised by VIFAH or the claim is resolved.
VIFAH EUCALYPTUS PRODUCTS - SPECIAL NOTE
If you are interested in purchasing a specially created "set" of VIFAH eucalyptus products, please be advised that even though they are all eucalyptus products, that the color of the furniture may vary. If you are considering putting together such a special set, please contact us to be certain that the colors of the individual products will match.
However, all of the products in the sets listed on our Patio Port site have been specially ceated to always match perfectly.
