Agreement With Patio Port
In March of 2011, Joe Widagdo, the owner of Warner Levitzson furniture made an agreement with Patio Port to begin distributing their products nationally.
Manufacturing Principles:
To maintain their reputation, the agreement has been founded on following principles:
1) Warner Levitzson Teak Furniture will always be crafted from 100% RENEWABLE PLANTATION GROWN SOLID PREMIUM TEAK [Tectona Grandis], a durable hardwood that performs beautifully in any climate. (Teak's high oil and rubber content make it virtually immune to rot. Teak has been used for its durability on the island of Java for centuries to build fishing boats and sailing ships as well as temples, houses and furniture. The unique character of teak lies in its natural and timeless aura. Furniture made from teak blends into any surrounding.)
2) As part of our commitment to protecting the environment and sustaining long term supplies, Warner Levitzson only uses teak wood harvested from established and controlled plantations. Here are sme of the major points, why you should select Warner Levitzson Furniture as your source of teak outdoor furniture :

All joints are made with mortise and tenon, which is the strongest method. These connections are secured using premium outdoor glue and teak wood dowels. |

100% Product Guarantee
Should you not be satisfied with any Warner Levitzson product, just let us know and they will make it right. Within 30 days, they will gladly replace it, refund your money (excluding delivery and restocking charges*) or credit you for our other items. Even after 30 days, their items may be exchanged for the same product or for merchandise credit.
Warantee
We warrant our Warner Levitzson furniture with the manufacturers warrantee. We also warrant that the products are free from defective materials and workmanship, which does not include any small cracks in the end grain of wooden furniture. Special condition may apply on products bought for general public or commercial use.
All of our products sold to the original owner are guaranteed for both standard and commercial use. We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear.
Shipping
All of our Warner Levitzson teak products are manufactured, assembled, inspected, unconditionally guaranteed, and shipped within 3-7 business days. The products are shipped boxed or crated by either ground or truck freight. All teak products arrive fully assembled or as an assembled kit - as described on our "product" page. You will also be notified and provided with a tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.
Items weighing over 100 pounds and shipped by truck freight must have a residential delivery surcharge (lift-gate fee) added. For your protection we have pre-paid this charge wherever it is required.
Sunbrella Cushions
All of our Warner Levitzson's Sunbrella Cushions are especially made for each order. They are some of the most comfortable and durable cushions to be found anywhere. Their cushions are crafted from both Dacron and High-Density Foam, covered with some of the best Sunbrella fabrics.
Their cushions range in thickness from 2 inches to 5 inches, depending on the product they are being crafted for. Chair cushions usually range from 2 inches to 3 inches depending on the chair. Most bench cushions are 3 inches thick, while the deep seating cushions are 5 inches (or more) thick.
When cushions are ordered with any Wanner Levitzson product, the items are not shipped until the cushions are made. This usually takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the business of the season. The cushions are then packaged with the products and shipped absolutely free. This is a blessing as it saves our customers the cost of the cushions being shipped separately.

| Hi Bob, I will double check on the weight of double lounger. My only conclusion is that 110 lbs. is the weight of body only. In the past we boxed the legs in 1 box. And the body in another box. As the teak market got more competitive, we box the legs and the body in 1 box now. So, there is always a chance that 110 lbs. is the weight of body only. My single and double loungers have been used in many 4-star hotels over the years. And I received many re-orders for their other hotels over the years, the latest order was shipped 2 weeks ago. The hotels have their own designers to specify each project. And my loungers have met or even exceeded their expectation. And these repeat orders is one of the reasons why my company survive this recession that took out many of my competitors. From kingston (old model) to Barbados (current model) loungers. Over the years, we listen to customers' suggestions and ideas so we can make an improvement to the existing lounger. The reason for changing from Kingston to Barbados is that customers want to read more comfortably while sitting on the lounger. So, we extended the adjustable to position further out. And, stainless steel hardware is the preferred look. So, the Kingston lounger became Barbados lounger. We didn't have any problem structurally with both of the Kingston and Barbados. So, we didn't put any additional weight to the lounger. Out of the few thousands of loungers we sold over the years, the hotels ordered 12 replacement wheels and 6 replacement "U" shape component for the back support. If a customer wanted a beefier lounger, we can always customize it, it doesn't matter if it's 1 lounger or a few hundred loungers. Thank you Joe |
