Within 30 days, we'll gladly replace it, refund your money (excluding delivery and restocking charges) or credit you for our other items. After 30 days, items may be exchanged for the same product or for merchandise credit.

Teak Features Include

We provide one of the more extensive teak furniture product lines available and there is little or no assembly required for most of our teak items. Many of our teak tables and chairs fold away for easy storage. Many of our teakchairs feature multi-position hardware for ultimate comfort positioning and all moving parts. All of the moving parts on our teak furniture are fitted with solid brass or stainless steel fittings to insure that we provide one of the best teak products available today.

Shipping

All of our teak products are manufactured, assembled, inspected, unconditionally guaranteed, and shipped within 3-7 business days. The products are shipped boxed or crated by either ground or truck freight. All teak products arrive fully assembled or as an assembled kit - as described on our "product" page. You will also be notified and provided with a tracking number as soon as the product is shipped.


Items weighing over 100 pounds and shipped by truck freight must have a residential delivery surcharge (lift-gate fee) added. For your protection we have pre-paid this charge wherever it is required.

Our Teak

Java Teak wood is an extremely dense course grained hardwood and is widely known for its durability. Our teak products are made from environmentally friendly Plantation teak in Jakurta, Indonesia. This plantation is regulated by an Indonesian government agency who set rigid guidelines as to the number and size of the trees which can be harvested. They also demand that guidelines be met for the replanting of trees for future generations.

Warantee

We warrant our furniture with the manufacture back-up warrantee. We also warrant that our products are free from defective materials and workmanship, which does not include any small cracks in the end grain of wooden furniture. Special condition may apply on products bought for general public or commercial use.

All of our products sold to the original owner are guaranteed for standard use. We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, or normal wear.

Damages:

We make certain that all of our products are completely pre-assembled and inspected before leaving our warehouse, however ocassionally damages do happen during shipping.
