Plus we also extend these discounts to include all of our other items, including our Sunbrella Cushions. This way, you will be assured to receive the lowest prices that we can provide - usually way less than the price of our competitors.

On each of these product pages, our discounts are clearly defined so that you know exactly what the final price will be.

1) On all items over $100.00, in addition to our regularly discounted prices, we will provide another 2% to 8% Automatic Discount off of your total price, when you purchase more than one item.This additional discount also extends to anything purchased such as cushions, laser engraving, other products, and even assembled kits.

2) On items usually purchased in sets, such as Dining Chairs, Bar Chairs, and Folding Chairs, in addition to our regular discounted price, you will receive a Patio Port Automatic discount of 2% to 4%, depending on the amout of chairs you want to purchase. This additional discount also extends to anything else you may need, such as cushions, laser engraving, assembled kits, and additional products.

Here's How The Automatic Discounts Work For our Anderson Teak Products:

1) Our Discount Price is Always 2% to 8% Below MMAP !!!

2) On items usually purchased in sets, such as Dining Chairs, Bar Chairs, and Folding Chairs, you will receive Patio Port Instant Discounts amounting to 2% to 7%, depending on the amout of chairs you want to purchase. These discounts also extends to anything else you may need including Sunbrella Cushions and any added features you may have selected.

3) On all other MMAP furniture, you will receive a 2% to 8% discount off of the normal MMAP price for any selected item. We also extend this discount to include any additional items that are purchased, regardless of the amount of items you need. Again, this added discount extends to everything, including Sunbrella Cushions and any added features you may have selected..

Here's How The Automatic Discounts Work For Sets:

1) On ALL MMAP sets, Our Discouted Price is Always 2.5% to 8% Below MMAP!!! And, these discounts also extend to any other items purchased. That is, if you buy 1 Dining Set, or 1 Bench and Chair Set, etc. you will receive a Patio Port discount amounting to 2.5% to 8% off of your total purchase price. These discounts extend to everything purchased including Sunbrella Cushions and any added features you may have selected.

2) With our Excellent Quality, Very Good Quality, or Budget Quality Furniture Sets, we provide additional discounts when you buy any two items. That is, if you buy 1 Dining Set, or 1 Bench and Chair Set, etc., plus any other item, you will receive an additional Patio Port discount amounting to 2% to 6% off of your total purchase price. These discounts are always predominately listed on the product pages and extend to everything purchased including Sunbrella Cushions and any additional features you may have selected.

Here Is an Example of How Our MMAP Discounts Work:

Let's assume that you have found a perfect dining set and that the normal MMAP price for the set is $2,005.00. We are willing to discount the normal MMAP price for you by somewhere around 5% (depending on the set selected). But let's assume that you would like to also add a side table to your order and it is priced at $125.00.

To puchase them both, just add both items to your shopping cart and then enter the discount code from the dining set product page (or whichever discount is larger). When you enter this code, you will immediately receive this discount off of your TOTAL purchase price.

So, in this example, your total cost would be $1,904.75 for the dining set, but we want to add the $125.00 side table!!! So your cost for the entire group has reduced from the normal MMAP price of $2,125.00 for everything to $2,035.50 for everything. You have saved $89.50 off of the TOTAL purchase price!!! This means, using our Patio Port discount, you have now purchased the $125.00 side table for only $35.50!!!

So, How Do You Get Your Discounts)?

On each of our product pages is a discount code (for all of our all items over $100.00). Just enter that code into the Promotional Code box at check-out and your discounted price will automatically appear. Then just check-out normally at your special discounted price.
