If the exact item is advertised elsewhere for less, provide us the advertisement within 30 days and we'll refund the difference. Holiday Order Return Information
Holiday merchandise is subject to the following return policy: Halloween merchandise will not be accepted after two weeks following the date of the holiday; Christmas merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days from date of shipment.
Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Please wrap your item carefully; package and ship it so that damage does not occur. Follow the return process instructions on the pack slip or visit our website for more information regarding returns.
