Patio Port Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and Processing fees). In addition, we will repair or replace any product for a full year from the date of shipment. Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
Please note, holiday merchandise is subject to the following return policy: All Halloween merchandise must be returned within two weeks following the date of the holiday; all Christmas merchandise must be returned by 30 days from the date of purchase (whichever occurs later). Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled and are not returnable. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

Customized/Personalized Items
Any items that are monogrammed, customized, or made-to-order cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged after the order has been placed, unless damaged or defective.
International Returns
Although Patio Port fully supports our manufacturers' warranties, our return guarantee does not include freight charges for international returns. If for any reason you choose to return a product from outside the U.S., international shipping charges must be pre-paid.
