gladly replace it, refund your money (excluding delivery and restocking charges) or credit you for
our other items.


Teak Features Include

No assembly is required for most of our teak items. Our teak chairs feature multi-position hardware
for ultimate comfort and positioning. All of our teak table legs are secured by solid brass pins and
the moving parts on our teak furniture are all fitted with solid brass fittings to insure the longest
possible life for the product. Our teak chairs and folding tables easily fold away for off season storage
and every product in our teak furniture collection comes pre-stained with a light teak oil - right to your
door.


Shipping

All of our teak products are shipped within 3-5 days, fully assembled or as a knock down. All of our
Indonesian Teak items are fully inspected and guaranteed prior to shipping. Products are shipped
either ground, or truck freight. You will receive notification and full tracking information as soon as the
product is shipped.

Patio Port - ATC Guarantee

The products made and sold at Patio Port are guaranteed to satisfy! If you are not happy with your
purchase or need to return it for any reason, please email us for a RA Form. We will make
arrangements to exchange, replace, or accept your return and refund you the original amount of the
purchase price less shipping. Your refund will be issued back to the credit card used for the original
purchase.
All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and must be returned prepaid within15 days of
receiving your shipment in "new" unused, undamaged condition and with its original packaging
(If your shipment was damaged in transit do not return - See below.)

Inspect Your Merchandise

Before receiving your shipment be sure to open the box and inspect the merchandise before
accepting and signing for delivery. If you discover upon inspection that the merchandise is damaged
refuse delivery or notate damage on the freight bill. Contact All Things Cedar and they will replace the
item at no additional cost to you. If you accept the damaged shipment without inspecting, keep all
packaging and email them within 3 days of the specific damage with supporting pictures. All Things
Cedar will handle all correspondence with UPS and arrange for a replacement part to be shipped out
to you. If an item is found damaged beyond repair All Things Cedar will initiate a claim with the
shipping company and issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.
If original packaging is discarded before UPS inspects, or damaged items are shipped back to the
warehouse by the customer without a Return Authorization Form the replacement claim that All
Things Cedar made with the shipping company on behalf of the customer will be null and void. This
will result in a denied claim with the shipping company and replacement or refund will not be issued.

Warranty Replacement

In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise All Things Cedar will, at its discretion
and expense, replace any parts that are found defective within 15 days of purchase. All Things
Cedar must be notified by email with supporting pictures or proof of defect of the part or item
claimed to be defective. If returning item for replacement or refund, merchandise must be
accompanied by a return goods authorization number or it will be refused. All returned merchandise
must be prepaid by the customer.

Refund

In order to process your Exchange or Refund in a timely fashion please follow the steps set out below.Request a return authorization number below. Once you receive your (RA Form), print it out and attach a copy to the outside of each package being returned. For customs purposes the remission value for products returning to original shipper is stated as $10.00. This value must be also noted on the shipping waybill under 'value for customs purposes'.
Any shipments returning without this documentation will result in un-necessary duty and brokerage charges, which will be deducted from any refund owing. Repackage (if needed) and ship back to us through the shipping method of your choice. All returns must be accompanied by the RA Form and must be shipped prepaid to our main warehouse located at 1228b 31st. North, Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada T1H 6T4 NOTE: If returning for an exchange we will ship a replacement to you at no charge.

All products must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts,
hardware packs and manuals. Open box items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee
if any of the above components are not found in good order.
Coverage for insurance, brokerage, duties on returned items is the responsibility of the shipper. A product

that has been shipped back to us in used/damaged condition will be refused or may be subject to a
restocking fee. When making a return we will provide a credit for the price of the merchandise excluding
the shipping charges.
If the product was on a free shipping promotion, the purchase price of the product less the shipping
charges incurred will be refunded. No returns will be authorized beyond (15) days after receipt of
merchandise. After 15 days the item will be treated as under Warranty. No returns will be authorized f
or fully and permanently assembled furniture kits.
Be it noted that the liability of All Things Cedar Incorporated is limited to and will not exceed the
replacement price of your purchase. All things Cedar Inc. will not be held liable for any special, incidental
or consequential, damage or injury resulting from the possession, use, misuse or loss of the merchandise
manufactured and or sold either directly or indirectly through All Things Cedar including our regular and
custom ordered manufactured products, wholesale items, or products made by other companies and sold
through All Things Cedar Incorporated.
